The role focuses on power distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS/ATS systems, electrical testing, LOTO, NFPA 70E safety, and mentoring electrical personnel.

We’re looking for an experienced industrial/commercial electrician with strong troubleshooting and leadership skills. Journeyman/Master Electrician licensing, NFPA 70E, OSHA 30, and CPR/First Aid are preferred qualifications. Government, DoD, medium-voltage, and mission-critical facility experience are also preferred.

Full-time leadership role responsible for overall performance of projects

The PM will:

• Serve as the primary interface with the Customer. 
• Lead contract operations, personnel, scheduling, safety, quality, and performance. 
• Manage technical and administrative teams supporting electrical infrastructure. 
• Ensure contract requirements, reports, and deliverables are completed on time. 
• Manage budgets, resources, subcontractors, and operational risks. 
• Lead transition, routine operations, and emergency-response coordination. 

Ideal candidate: Experienced operations/program manager with strong leadership and customer-management skills. Federal/DoD contract and electrical/utilities O&M experience are preferred, as is PMP certification.

We’re hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems supporting critical facilities.

Core work: Preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, electrical distribution, motors and MCCs, transformers, lighting, conduit/cable installation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Ideal candidate: Journey-level commercial or industrial electrical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, ability to read schematics and one-lines, and solid knowledge of the NEC and electrical safety practices.

Preferred training/certifications: Journeyman license where applicable, NFPA 70E, OSHA 30, and CPR/First Aid/AED.

Platinum Defense Solutions is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Quality Manager to oversee workplace safety, electrical safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance for critical electrical operations and maintenance activities. This role leads OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance, safety training, hazard assessments, incident investigations, internal audits, and corrective action management. The ideal candidate brings strong safety and quality leadership experience in electrical, industrial, utility, facilities, or mission-critical environments.

Platinum Defense Solutions is seeking an experienced Generator & UPS Technician to support critical power systems at an OCONUS project location.

This role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repairs on diesel generators, automatic transfer switches (ATS), UPS systems, batteries, and associated equipment.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with critical power systems, strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and technical, military, or OEM training. Experience supporting military, federal, industrial, utility, or other mission-critical facilities is preferred.
